Imagine you enter a room where you feel welcomed, at peace, accepted precisely as you are. It smells of vetiver and lavender. You sit at a table, your feet on a grounding mat, and you feel your shoulders begin to relax. Your guides share messages, speaking directly to your Soul - things you may not typically discuss with anyone. Loved ones who have passed may come through with words of encouragement and love. Tears may flow.
You head over to the massage table and remove your shoes, slipping under a sheet and blanket, lying on your back. Your knees are supported by a bolster and an eye pillow is placed across your eyes. Crystals of varying colors are placed on the corresponding chakras, and immediately you feel grounded by their weight. You hear the chimes of a tuning fork, its vibration seems to clear your aura and your mind. You are guided into a meditative state where time stands still yet somehow passes swiftly.
You feel the warmth of hands on the crown of your head. Immediately, you sense an energy emanating from the palms of these hands - something you can’t quite explain, but experience nonetheless. Meditative music plays and you find yourself drifting into the liminal space of dreams and visions. As you faintly notice the hands proceeding gradually from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet, you experience a deep relaxation unlike anything you’ve felt before.
When the session ends, you slowly return your consciousness to the room and to your physical body. You take a sip of water and ease back into the “real” world, but something significant has shifted. You feel lighter, more peaceful, and more aligned.
